You can request deletion of your personal data and of any data SocialHub obtained from your connected accounts (Meta — Facebook & Instagram — and Google) at any time. This page explains how.
1. Disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account
In your dashboard go to Pages, find the page and click Disconnect. A Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it share one Meta connection, so both are disconnected together. The following is deleted immediately:
- the access token SocialHub held for that page;
- comments and Messenger messages collected in the inbox;
- posts imported from the page's Facebook and Instagram feeds;
- shared performance reports and ad account data for the page;
- insights and metrics stored for posts published to the page.
When you disconnect your last page, the Meta user token for your account is deleted as well. What you configured in SocialHub — prompts, automation settings, your media library, contact details and posts you created in SocialHub — is kept, so reconnecting the page restores your setup. To remove that too, delete your account as described below. You can also revoke SocialHub's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
2. Delete your entire SocialHub account
To delete your whole account and all associated data, email us at support@ranktitan.ai from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account, your connected-account tokens, and all related data, and confirm once it is done.
3. Request deletion of Meta data only
If you only want to remove the data we obtained from Meta (Facebook / Instagram) without deleting your SocialHub account, email support@ranktitan.ai with the subject “Delete my Meta data” and tell us which Page(s)/account(s). We will delete the corresponding tokens and stored data.
4. Timeline
Deletions triggered from the dashboard are immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records), and is then deleted once the legal retention period ends.
