SocialHub allows users to manage their business’s social media presence — connecting accounts, publishing and scheduling content, and analyzing performance data obtained from third-party platforms, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
You expressly authorize the collection of information from your connected accounts as needed to perform the actions you request, as well as any other data you voluntarily choose to provide to us.
3. Account Registration and Security
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SocialHub for:
- Illegal activities or actions contrary to applicable law.
- Accessing or attempting to access other users’ data without authorization.
- Interfering with the technical operation of the service.
- Publishing content that violates the policies of connected platforms (e.g. Meta Platform Terms, Google policies).
5. Personal Data Processing
In accordance with applicable data protection law (including Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012):
- SocialHub collects data from your connected accounts and other data you provide voluntarily.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your express authorization, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or revoke consent by contacting support@ranktitan.ai.
6. Communications by Email, Phone, and SMS
By registering and providing your contact details, including your phone number, you authorize us to communicate with you via email, phone calls, and text messages (SMS) related to your account, notifications, or services.
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions in the messages or by contacting us directly.
- Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Legal Notice: We do not share, sell, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Your mobile number is used only for account- and service-related communications.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SocialHub, including text, logos, software, and graphic design, is the exclusive property of its respective owners. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SocialHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data.
- Service interruptions caused by third parties.
