SocialHub is a multi-location social media management platform provided by World Power Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a RankTitan.ai (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the personal data described here. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SocialHub you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We gather data to deliver and improve our services:
- Account Information: when you register we collect your name, email, phone number, and contact details.
- Connected Social Accounts: with your authorization, we access content and insights from your Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Business) accounts — including pages you manage, posts, engagement metrics, and follower counts — to publish on your behalf and report on performance.
- Advertising Data: if you connect a Meta ad account, we access that account’s campaigns, ad sets, ads and their results — spend, reach, impressions, clicks and conversions — so you can create, manage and measure your advertising from SocialHub. We read only the ad accounts you connect, and we do not use this data for any purpose other than running and reporting on your own advertising.
- Google Business Data: with your authorization, we access public information from your Google Business account.
- Usage Data: platform interaction details including IP addresses and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected data serves these purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and operate the services
- Publish, schedule, and analyze content on your connected accounts
- Create, manage and report on advertising campaigns in the ad accounts you connect
- Improve and personalize your experience
- Communicate with you via email, phone calls, or text messages (SMS)
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Data sharing occurs only:
- Service Providers: trusted partners under confidentiality agreements
- Platform APIs: with Meta and Google, solely to perform the actions you request (e.g. publishing a post)
- Legal Requirements: when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Business Transfers: during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

- Encryption of sensitive data and access tokens
- Regular security assessments

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. When you disconnect a social account or an ad account, or delete your SocialHub account, we delete the associated access tokens and the data obtained on your behalf — including imported campaigns and their results — except where retention is required by law. Disconnecting an ad account in SocialHub removes it from SocialHub only; your campaigns remain on Meta.

We may update this policy and will notify you through the platform, email, or SMS.
