- Account Information: when you register we collect your name, email, phone number, and contact details.
- Connected Social Accounts: with your authorization, we access content and insights from your Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Business) accounts — including pages you manage, posts, engagement metrics, and follower counts — to publish on your behalf and report on performance.
- Google Business Data: with your authorization, we access public information from your Google Business account.
- Usage Data: platform interaction details including IP addresses and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected data serves these purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and operate the services
- Publish, schedule, and analyze content on your connected accounts
- Improve and personalize your experience
- Communicate with you via email, phone calls, or text messages (SMS)
- Comply with legal obligations
